I had an excellent experience working with my salesperson, RJ Joraksy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different vehicle models and trim levels. He explained the features and benefits of each one in a way that was simple and not overwhelming. He took the time to view me as a person, not just a buyer, by asking questions to determine the best car for my lifestyle. Throughout the was friendly, personable, and had a great sense of humor that made the entire car-buying experience enjoyable and not at all intimidating. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated his honest and professional approach. As a recent college graduate that felt highly intimidated by the car sales process, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a salesperson who is knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

Overall good experience. My salesman Joe was great and the process went smoothly. However, there was quite a bit of sales pitches for additional services. Additionally, I requested to receive a portion of equity back from my trade in to use for taxes and registration, and they listed the payor as the Douglas County Treasurer instead of me, so the treasurer had to send the leftover portion of the check back to Woodhouse, and Woodhouse now has to issue me another check to receive the remaining balance that was leftover. Woodhouse could have just made the check payable to me since it is my equity that I requested back. So it's a little annoying that I have had to go back and forth for a while to receive my money, when at the end of the day, it is my money regardless of what I intended to use it for.

Wonderful dealership ! When we walked onto the lot we were immediately greeted by Robert who answered all of our questions and showed us different trim levels and models of the vehicles we were interested in. We then test drove several of the vehicles on our own, and narrowed it down to a Mazda CX 50. Purchasing the vehicle was seamless. There was no pressure at any step of the process. One of the easiest buying experiences I've had. Robert greeted my wife and I when we were out looking for a new vehicle. We were checking out the CX50 and he went out of his way to make sure we got all of our questions answered without being pushy or aggressive...he let us look and then when we were ready, he was there for us to answer questions that we had on the different styles and trim levels. Then he handed the keys over to us and let us take a number of vehicles out on test drives, without him.... Something that I haven't experienced very often. After we decided which model we were really interested in, he worked with us and his manager to get us monthly payments we could handle. Woodhouse knows how to treat their customers and the guys at Woodhouse Mazda made us feel welcome, almost like family.

In less than a week we helped two of our sons visit this dealership in search of new cars. We had never visited before but had visited the Hyundai dealership of Woodhouse here in ghe past. Joe Bircher was our salesman both times. He was kind and helpful. He spoke to us and to the boys directly without excluding any of us. Hats off to the business guys Matt and Jesse who helped with the financial and paperwork aspects. Very nice individuals both.
