From the moment you walk-in, you are greeted usually with the door opened by a team member. I personally was treated very professionally and the entire car buying experience was seamless. Stewart in the Sales Dept., Jesse in Finance and Gary all helped make my experience a good one. Stewart even made a point of introducing me to Derek in the Service Department. Everyone that I met with thoroughly explained everything to me and kept making a point to let me know that I could contact them if I had questions, concerns, etc.

This review is a bit later than intended, as my experience goes back to October 2024, but it is well deserved. We worked with David Franks, and he was fantastic - professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish. I wanted to leave this feedback now because I recently referred someone to David who was interested in a CX-30 or CX-50. They told me this morning that they met with David, had a wonderful experience, and ended up purchasing a CX-50. It is refreshing to know there are still honest, genuine professionals at dealerships (especially large ones) who truly listen to and care about the customer. I do not mean this as a slight against Woodhouse or their other staff, but rather a reflection of how rare simple, friendly, non-pushy, yet helpful, customer service has become across all industries today. David is a standout professional, and I highly recommend him and Woodhouse Mazda.

Our salesperson, David Franks, was excellent. He answered all of our questions and explained the vehicle and its features well. We had full confidence in his knowledge of the Mazda CX50 and explained how it compared to the CX 70 and the CX5. He was friendly, yet knew the business. We were able to speak to 2 other key players in a timely matter. I would highly recommend David and this Mazda dealership.

RJ helped my wife buy her CX 50 Hybrid in 2025 and he was fantastic. I bought one recently with David and RJ as my salesmen. Jesse was our finance guy. The three are a force to be reckoned with. Overall good experience. My salesman Joe was great and the process went smoothly. However, there was quite a bit of sales pitches for additional services. One of the easiest buying experiences I've had. Robert greeted my wife and I when we were out looking for a new vehicle. We were checking out the CX50 and he went out of his way to make sure we got all of our questions answered without being pushy or aggressive...he let us look and then when we were ready, he was there for us to answer questions that we had on the different styles and trim levels. Then he handed the keys over to us and let us take a number of vehicles out on test drives, without him.... Something that I haven't experienced very often. After we decided which model we were really interested in, he worked with us and his manager to get us monthly payments we could handle. Woodhouse knows how to treat their customers and the guys at Woodhouse Mazda made us feel welcome, almost like family.

In less than a week we helped two of our sons visit this dealership in search of new cars. We had never visited before but had visited the Hyundai dealership of Woodhouse here in ghe past. Joe Bircher was our salesman both times. He was kind and helpful. He spoke to us and to the boys directly without excluding any of us. Hats off to the business guys Matt and Jesse who helped with the financial and paperwork aspects. Very nice individuals both. Both times were very pleasant experiences and I can highly recommend this dealership.

This is going to be a long review so bare with me. I’m quite the over sharer lol. I had an amazing experience at this dealership today!! As a 22 year old girl, car shopping by myself can be a bit intimidating considering how abrasive / pushy car salesman can be. I’ve been on the market for a new car the past few weeks, and after a while it went from super exciting to more of a chore / something I wasn’t looking forward to. Being young and a girl sometimes it feels like salesman can try and take advantage of you / think you’re stupid. Getting pushed into cars you have no interest in, trying to get you to expand way past your budget. I truly think everything about today with this dealership was meant to be!! I’m a girl who reads a lot into signs / listening to my intuition and none of my other deals / experiences with the dealerships felt right. Today did!! Upon arriving my salesman I was originally was working with was occupied with another client (totally fine) so one of the managers gave me the keys to the car I wanted to test drive, and made a funny joke, no going over 100 and avoid cops lol. Complete trust in me and let me drive alone!!! Which I appreciate, driving with someone makes me nervous and I feel like I can’t get the full experience and do everything I want to in the car. After that, they let me take the car to my dad’s shop that was 15 min away so he can inspect it since he was busy at work and still wanted to see it before I bought my first ever car by myself! I appreciated that. I told Robert I had one last option to explore, which he respected!! He even told me how this other option could potentially be a good option, he wasn’t super pushy about needing to buy the car NOW. which i appreciated!! I still loved this car more (2025 buick envista sport touring!) and decided to come back and see Robert to talk numbers!!! The managers were amazing and haggle-free! They gave me the price I wanted for my trade on the first try! Then I got passed onto the finance manager Jesse, and he was great too. Everything was easy and explained to me in depth. Jesse did in fact sell me on the extended warranty lol, but not in a pushy way, he just told me his experiences and what would be best for me, but didn’t add any pressure! After all was said and done, I felt so happy and relieved, such a smooth process. They even offered me a complimentary treatment on my car due to being able to smell the strong cigarette smell of the previous owner. Robert also put a bow on my car and took a picture of me because I was by myself which I also appreciated since this was a big moment for me!! Anyways, the staff here is amazing and my buying process was so smooth and my car is covered completely for the next five years, I feel very happy and relieved about my purchase with Woodhouse today!

Brought our 2025 CX-50 Meridian in for it's first service interval, greeted by friendly staff, received a text message in regards to vehicle status, followed by a video walk-around of the tech performing a safety check (fluids, tires, filters etc) .. very nice touch. Received a quote for work to be done for approval and was in and out in about an hour! Perhaps the most hassle and worry free visit ever. Price? A bit higher than the local shops but felt more comfortable in the long run, working with staff familiar with the brand, model & service needs.

I'm very happy with my new Mazda CX 30. The salesperson Matt Cardin did everything he could to keep me in my budget and worked hard to earn my business. Nice guy and low pressure sale. I feel all in all they were very honest and I liked this dealership.

I went here because I had a recall on my suv. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. My service only took about an hour and I loved getting updates via text/videos. The customer service was #1. I noticed that they vacuumed out my car as well!! It was overall an amazing experience!!

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made the experience stress free and easy. He was, hands down, the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. He didn’t pressure us for anything and made sure we got an amazing deal on the lease and trade in. I hope he is working there when the lease is up because we will be going back. We recently did a trade in and purchased a 2025 CX-5 Carbon Edition with Robert. Robert was super knowledgeable and made everything feel like a breeze. Talking to him was like talking to a friend! Nothing was pushy and he gave us great service all the way down to getting the dealership badge/tag off the vehicle during detailing. He helped us set up our new app and helped us transfer our belongings from our old vehicle to our new one. If we ever decide to purchase another Mazda, we would 100% be coming back! I just purchased a 2025 CX 50. Antonio was very easy to work with, no pressure and got done what I needed to get the vehicle I wanted. It’s nice knowing that I can work with Antonio and being professional during the whole process. Pretty easy and no issues in the process from beginning to end. He stayed in constant communications with me and answered quickly each time.

David was phenomenal to work with. Throughout the process he laid out all available options and ensured that I would be happy with my choice of vehicle. I never felt rushed or pressured unlike other places I’ve been to.
