Overall good experience. My salesman Joe was great and the process went smoothly. However, there was quite a bit of sales pitches for additional services. Additionally, I requested to receive a portion of equity back from my trade in to use for taxes and registration, and they listed the payor as the Douglas County Treasurer instead of me, so the treasurer had to send the leftover portion of the check back to Woodhouse, and Woodhouse now has to issue me another check to receive the remaining balance that was leftover. When we walked onto the lot we were immediately greeted by Robert who answered all of our questions and showed us different trim levels and models of the vehicles we were interested in. We then test drove several of the vehicles on our own, and narrowed it down to a Mazda CX 50. Purchasing the vehicle was seamless. There was no pressure at any step of the process. In less than a week we helped two of our sons visit this dealership in search of new cars. We had never visited before but had visited the Hyundai dealership of Woodhouse here in ghe past. We recently did a trade in and purchased a 2025 CX-5 Carbon Edition with Robert. Robert was super knowledgeable and made everything feel like a breeze. Talking to him was like talking to a friend! I just purchased a 2025 CX 50. Antonio was very easy to work with, no pressure and got done what I needed to get the vehicle I wanted. It’s nice knowing that I can work with Antonio and being professional during the whole process. Pretty easy and no issues in the process from beginning to end. I've had the pleasure of working with Daythan, a Service Advisor, for my second time. This visit was for a recall and oil change, tire rotation. Daythan is above and beyond communicative, helpful, and I feel like a valued customer. Truthfully, the sales and service people I have dealt with in the past did not make me feel valued. While there were recommended services for my car's mileage, Daythan explained them to me; however, DID NOT pressure me on any of it. Instead, we discussed a reasonable timeline for the services.
Got a nice truck, I love it but I’d strongly encourage people to avoid the maintenance package, unless you enjoy burning hours unreasonably waiting to do a job that takes 10 minutes. Paying more in wasted time than the discounted service was worth.

There was a difference of 70 miles on the paperwork and the odometer. My salesman assured me that the car had not been driven in that one day other than to get fuel and be detailed. He said that the default mileage was 6 or 8 and that it not been corrected to reflect the actual mileage on my paperwork. Joseph did a great job finding me almost the exact Miata (white, GT, manual). The only improvement would have been tan leather instead of black. The entire team made the process very easy and efficient. Thanks.
Great experience. Worked with Robert Rosman as our sales rep. Across several days, he pulled multiple cars for us to test drive with patience - this included test driving the same car multiple times. He was super patient with all questions, too. I never felt like I was a bother or that I was rushing him. I will definitely be open to working with him again when we are ready for our next vehicle.
